I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or just not like themselves lately. Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or even intimidating, especially if it’s your first time, and that’s completely normal. Many of my clients are navigating stress, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences or trauma, and want a space where they can feel safe, understood, and supported. We also focus on building awareness of how stress and emotions show up in the body, helping you feel more grounded and in tune with yourself as you move forward at your own pace.
My approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and practical. I use CBT, mindfulness, and body awareness techniques to help you understand patterns, regulate emotions, and feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
Starting therapy takes courage. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m here to support you in a space that feels safe, real, and judgment free as you move forward.
